All products is shipped via either Delhivery, Xpressbees, Fedex, Ecom Express, DHL or India Post. Delivery time ranges from 2 to 10 business days depending on where you live.

Exactly when will my package be delivered?

Packages are delivered to residential addresses between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Saturday.

How do I get a tracking number for my order?

Free Shipping Items - Items Labeled as "FREE SHIPPING" applies to items shipped only in India.

Paid Shipping Items -  Orders below Rs. 300/- Flat paid shipping charge of Rs.150/- should be borne by the customer.

Please note: Shipping on oversized or heavy items may be higher based on weight. A customer service associate will contact you with an actual shipping rate quote necessary. This may apply to 20ltr carboys and bulk packing.
